How long have you been working at The Howlin Bird?
I have worked at the Howlin Bird since day one. I believe I was the first hire, at least for the kitchen. So that puts me around 1 year and 10 months.
What is your favorite thing to cook outside of Howlin Bird?
My favorite thing to cook outside of Howlin Bird is stuffed peppers. There are so many different flavor combinations you can incorporate with stuffed peppers including all the different peppers to choose from. It’s something I could make 5 times in 5 different days and still be different and creative every time.
Why do you like working here?
I love how all the employees here are like a big family together. We all get along very well and have a good time together but can really work great as a team when the times get hectic.

He has over 23 tattoos and can also play the bass guitar, saxophone, and turntables!
